I fear for my safety.

I've been forcefully evicted. When I left my home, this morning, at about 7:00 A.M., my personal belongings were all there.

I think that the U.S. military's playscripted plan is for me to have to take a cab, from here, to the VA Hospital.

Report sent, to tips.fbi.gov, on 9-10-2024, at about 11:50 P.M.

I didn’t receive an E-mail confirmation.

I'm a Political Prisoner of the United States of America. I'm without direct contact. I'm being railroaded.

I'm under counter-terrorism watch. I rent a room, assigned, to a P.O.P. under watch.

I'm under counter-terrorism watch. I rent a room, assigned, to a P.O.P. under watch. I've been forcefully evicted.

On Sept. 2, 2024, in the morning, a handwritten note was on my door that I was evicted, effective immediately, for non-payment of rent. My rent had been paid, by the 30th. My U.S. Army assigned Samuel J. Hithye, retired, accompanies me, me cloak. I have a Court-granted, signature, PROXY. We've over-paid rent, every month, since April. I went to the Portland Police Bureau's Central Precinct and the Multnomah County Courthouse. I was advised that the landlord would have to file an eviction, post a Court summons, and I could respond, with the case no.

Tonight, at about 10:45 P.M., I returned home and the door to the bedroom that I rent, which does not close completely and doesn't lock, had a new latch and a locked padlock on it. I fear for my safety.

Portland Police Bureau Central Precinct

The desk officer refused to give his name. I asked for his name and card, and his badge number. He’s not wearing any visible name tag. He wrote #92180. Sam Hithye took scans of the card.

Current, I'm at the Portland Police Bureau's Central Precinct, at 1111 SW 2nd Ave., Portland, OR 97204. I arrived at about 23:30. Nobody is willing to take my report, acknowledge the crimes being committed against me, file charges, nor offer aid.

The desk officer refused to give his name. I asked for his name and card, and his badge number. He’s not wearing any visible name tag. He wrote #92180.

My retained attorney is -. He'll contact your department, again. I'm without contact. My communication methods are controlled by threats.

The desk officer returned my ID.

I'm at Denny's. I came in at about 4:00 A.M. and they were closed. They were taking to-go orders, only.

I went to the VA Hospital. The Emergency Room was open. I gave them my information and asked for help. Three Department of Veteran's Affairs Police officers told me that I had to leave. They issued me a Notice to Appear in federal court, with a fine, for loitering. It was playscripted. They, repeatedly, offered to take me to OHSO, for mental health treatment. They called a cab, for me.

I looked at train tickets and flights. These people that are after me are psycho-crazy. I'm not giving up. I'm staying in Portland, Oregon.

Today, I'll have to go to Court and file a small claims filing, against the landlord and the Portland Police Bureau.

14:34

I'm at Starbucks. I got a cup of coffee and a bagel and cream cheese.

After Denny's, I went to a hotel and reserved a room. We E-mailed credit payment forms. Hopefully, they'll work, without a computer hack, crash, or illegal overide. They stored my five bags of groceries, for me, which was incredibly kind.

Then, I went to the Courthouse and filled out the forms to file a small claims filing. When I tried to file them, I was missing some information.

This morning, I used the Courthouse's courtesy phone to try to reach the Portland Police Bureau. I think that I didn't reach them, someone else intercepted and answered. They were rude, then disconnected me.

I have to go back to the house and try to get in my room. All of my personal possessions are there!
