Nobody has made direct contact. All recovery attempts have failed. All attempts, to receive emergency relief funds, due to bank failure, have failed. I'm in crisis.

I've felt ill, and, struggled to function, because of radiation poisoning, and, conflicted systems.

Yesterday, I spent lots of time, at an Episcopalian church. I pray that I'll be liberated, in due time. I pray, for good health, and, long-life.

The human traffickers, and, the bank thieves are active. No deposits have posted, to any, of my accounts. Please, keep making deposits. They continue to retaliate against the U.S. military, and, me, for reporting their threats, for not doing what they demand, etc. They've blocked me, from buying anything online. Again, they demand that everything that I buy be paid for, with the erroneous $1,335 direct deposit that's issued monthly. To buy pants, I'll have to pay cash, in person. They want me to travel, out, to a big store. We've refused, to comply. We've denied their control.

Current, my bank account held by U.S. Bank is, once again, in repair. I've been advised, by relay, by U.S. Army-Washington Point, assigned, to not use it, in any way, indefinite.

My bank account held by Key Bank showed a balance of $835.65. Sam Hithye paid for a few things, on his DEBIT card. The order, for another pair of pants, and, a coat, was cancelled, by a military intrusion, on the line. The other two charges were deducted, from my account balance, by an over-riding system, illegally. I'm in crisis. The bank's computer system, and, the banking systems show 3 different, current, available, balances, for my account held there.

Legally, FEMA has an obligation to reach me, with emergency relief funds, but has refused. Emergency relief funds should be posted, on my EBT Oregon Trail card, as cash benefits, but the Oregon Department of Human Services has refused.

Sam Hithye's attempts, to recover me, or, to give me money, have failed. A while ago, he'd put cash, in my wallet, en cloak. Nobody's been able to flip it, out-of-cloak.

To confirm, I will leave on Mon., Dec. 9, just after noon. My U.S. Army assigned Sam Hithye, retired, will accompany me, en cloak. My cousin, Kimberly Willow, and, her friend, Raquel, are here, in Portland, visiting. Their attempts, to recover me, have failed. I'm held up, off-the-floor. They will follow the train. My dad, his family, and, his teams will remain, in the Portland area. Kimberly's sister, Amy, who attended your church years ago, while in Portland, will remain, in school, in Eugene.

Today, Sam Hithye, not visible to me, went to the clothes store, and, to the burger place, for lunch. He is out-of-cloak, deep back. He paid, for my clothes, and, my lunch.

We bought a pair of 'light grey heather', sweat, pants. Also, we bought an 'oatmeal beige', fuzzy, faux-sheepskin, jacket, with a 1/4-zipper collar. I'm going to have to give up my ill-fitting, light-colored print, used, snowboarding, jacket.

I haven't been able to find new shoes.

Yesterday, I applied, again, for a personal, emergency loan. They never replied, to my first application. They haven't, yet, replied, to this second application.

The persecution is tearing me apart. I'm a born U.S. citizen, with my legal rights intact. I won't give up my freedom. All people have rights! I hope, for the future, of our American society.
