They're torturing me with itching, pain, and the radiation on my skin that irritates my nerves!

I'm alive and conscious.

Last night, I got a couple hours of sleep. The lines went flat about twenty-five minutes before I woke up. The chatter, in the air, was Marine insurrectionists bragging and threatening. This morning, at about 4:00 A.M., the U.S. Army still couldn't get a signal through. The bus would come at 5:00 A.M., but I'd have to wait a half hour to transfer. At 4:22 A.M., I took a cab to Denny's. I had a western omelette, hash browns, white toast with strawberry jam, and coffee.

I've smoked almost a whole pack of cigarettes, since 5:00 A.M. yesterday morning. I'm running out of money.

I walked down the street, to a coffee house, and got a cup of coffee. I've been sitting here, in the air-conditioning, for several hours.

I took my eyeglasses off and set them on the table. They've been abusing my eyes and vision, severely, for days. I hope to read "Rabbit, Run" today. I'm not sure if I have enough money for more food, today. This morning, I was thinking that I shouldn't buy another pack of smokes, today. Half a pack a day would be tomorrow morning, early. The kidnappers are controlling, us.

I went to Sheridan's Fruit and got a Starkrimson red pear, from the U.S.A. It was delicious! The Maryhill peaches were as hard as stones.

I haven't had time to read, today.
