I wrote a letter to my representatives in local, State, and the federal government. It was sent electronically. They weren't all identical (three had errors). This is the intended script.
Dear _,
I'm a Political Prisoner of the United States of America. I'm a born U.S. citizen. I never enlisted. I'm under counter-terrorism watch. I'm without direct contact. My bank accounts won't post deposits. I'm being railroaded. I've been displaced and am homeless. I need Emergency Relief funds, immediately. My Court-granted PROXY can reimburse you, from an account that I'm denied direct access to. Law enforcement refuses aid. I don't have a working phone. My communication methods are controlled by threats. I'd like to meet, in person.
To update, I'm held on Army level B of Portland, Oregon, on sub-level 3.9+. Nobody has made direct contact. I'm without direct contact.
My checking accounts held by Key Bank and U.S. Bank refuse to post deposits made.
I need some help.
Please contact me with any questions.
Sincerly Yours,
Jennifer S. Miller

I fear for my safety. I'm being railroaded.
