Last night, I had a chicken quesadilla, for dinner, with avocado verde sauce, guacamole, and sour cream. It was very good.

On Wednesday night, I tried to read the introduction to the book of Yosif, from The Five Books of Moses. The terrorists and my kidnappers, en cloak, on me and in my bed room, pulled the book out of my hand and wouldn't let me see the words.

I can't find safe housing. My communication methods are controlled by threats.
