Nobody has made direct contact. I'm trying to find an attorney that will help me. The banker, financial planner, failed to offer me an appointment, again. I'm trying to flee, for my safety, this week. My dad isn't going to follow. I fear for my safety, in the homeless shelters. The region is hostile.

Today, I found a Thanksgiving Eve, church, service, on the web. I don't think that I can make it back, to the shelter, in time. My Google didn't really work.

Dear all,

To all, please forward, as you deem fit. It seems that more Americans are trying to murder me, than help me. I'm only asking for my legal rights, as a born U.S. citizen.

My name is Jenny Miller. I'm a Political Prisoner of the United States of America, without contact. I'm a born U.S. citizen. I'm under counter-terrorism protective watch. Currently, I reside, in Portland, Oregon. I returned, to Portland, in August of 2023. I have to flee, for my safety, again. I'm a victim, of a long-term hack, and, identity fraud. Current, I have 3 checking accounts, held by separate financial institutions, that are not working, and, 2 of them refuse to post deposits. I was first reported kidnapped, in 1984, and, haven't been recovered. Police have denied me. I'm a listed victim of Human Rights violations, by Pratt & Whitney, the U.S. military, and, some Canadian military personnel, reported to the United Nations. I'm being railroaded.

My U.S. Army assigned, Samuel J. Hithye, now retired, was given his assignment card, by a Judge, in October of 2022. He's with me, en cloak. He's been unable to recover me. All recent attempts to recover me, including by F.B.I. agents, have failed. U.S. nuclear weapons are used to hold me.

My appearance, including size, and, shape, are changed, against my will, digital, constant. I fear for my safety.

I've lost everything. I have to flee, for my safety, again.

Last October, I leased a post office box. The address is P.O. Box 1414, Portland, OR 97207. Please, address to Jennifer S. Miller. For parcels, send to the same box, at 101 SW Madison St., #1414, Portland, OR 97207. Most, of my mail, isn’t delivered, to me. It hasn’t, for decades. I'm held up, too far, north, off-the-floor, vertical, against my will. Portland Police officers refuse to offer aid, or, recover me, admitting to ignore a federal Judge's order.

I’ve used the gift cards, for WinCo, given to me, in charity, for daily needs. On Tuesday through Saturday, the Union Gospel Mission soup kitchen offers a sack lunch. At call-in, the Shelter Portland emergency, homeless, shelter, where I’ve been sleeping, offers a sandwich, and, a bottle of water. Most mornings, I’m able to get a cup of coffee, and, a breakfast sandwich.

To explain, I’m under attack. In 2022, the Pentagon issued notice of counter-terrorism protective watch. Due to the excessive radiation, on me, I’m better off with more food, including red meat, fruits, vegetables, and fluids. I’m also cold, and, hot, from nuclear weapons. I feel beaten down. I need to sit inside somewhere, out-of-the-weather, like coffee shops, restaurants, or, fast-food chains. I should consume thousands of calories, and, plenty of fluids, daily.

I’ve been human-trafficked, for decades. The psychotic, human-traffickers fight, with each other, over how much money I have. They plan, where they want me to go, every day, against my will.

Yesterday, both of the DEBIT cards that I carry, whose accounts are being corrected, and, show a balance of more than $100, each, were, again, declined. I have a third DEBIT card that has been forced declined, and, overidden, for two, plus, years. That account’s balance is more than $14,000.

I’m held, away, unable to access any of my money, by the U.S. military. I need a cash loan, immediate. My Court-granted, signature, PROXY, or, Sam Hithye, or, my father (Rsv. Col. Stewart C. Miller) will re-pay you, with interest. They’ve been, completely, unable, to reach me.

I’m really held, against my will. I fear for my safety.

My U.S. Army assigned Sam Hithye, now retired, was issued his assignment card, in 2022, and, came to Canada, to retrieve me. He’s been unable to reach me. My family, and, loved ones have been unable to reach me.

I’m a listed victim, of Human Rights violations, of Pratt & Whitney’s. I have numerous, illegal, digital, targeted, systems being run on me, against my will. I’ve been unable to shower. My clothes disintegrate. Since last year, Sam Hithye and other loved ones have shipped needed items, to me, but I haven’t received any of them.

I tried, again, to reserve a hotel room, with a paid authorization, in advance, for room fees, and, incidentals. Thus far, no hotels have, honestly, and, kindly, checked me in, even when arrangements have been confirmed. Without direct contact, I have no evidence of the reservation. I’m a Freedom Fighter. I’m being railroaded.

As far as I know, I’m help up, off-the-floor, on sub-level 3.8+, indefinitely. I intend to flee, for my safety, after the 1st, of December. I don’t think that I’ll receive, any, E-mail, reply, that you send, due to internet hack. I don’t have a working phone.

Today, again, my Starbucks app doesn't open to the biometric unlock. As demanded, I tried to log-on, to my Starbucks account, through the Starbucks web site. The screen shot, of the, first, counterfeited, red, error message is shown, below. I was shown a total of 3 error messages, and, blocked, from logging-on, with the correct, username, and, password.

Please contact the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs, and, the United Nations, in Geneva. The U.S. Navy fires on me, an unarmed civilian, signals, weapons, and, radar, without authorization from the Pentagon, often. We're told that the sailors posted, on all Naval bases, in Oregon, and, Washington state, are violent over-throwers, including rank leaders, and, intelligence. The U.S. Navy is leading the nuclear, terrorist action, on me, personal, without cooperation.

I've covered some of the credit card information, for security. By relay, the U.S. Army confirms that all 3 cards were authorized, by the Payment Effect System, but overidden.

I wanted to try, to use, my DEBIT card, for my account held by U.S. Direct Express. The account balance, shown by the bank, is more than $14,000 USD. The hackers are, again, bragging that I can't reach the Amtrak, or, Greyhound web sites. A couple of screen shots, of the, counterfeited, error messages, are shown, below.

I'll try to use my DEBIT card, for my bank account held by U.S. Bank, at the grocery store, tonight.

A while ago, Sam Hithye flipped out-of-cloak. I haven't seen him.

I didn't make it, to the grocery store. My DEBIT card, for my bank account held by U.S. Bank, was pre-authorized, for $25. The pre-authorization was overidden, before I got to the store.

Next, I went down to the gas station. I tried to make a withdrawal, from the ATM machine. It was declined, due to 'insufficient funds'. The screen shot, of the receipt, is shown, below. They've overidden my phone, my Wi-fi account, and, the camera.
