By relay, several, authorized, military teams confirmed that the bank computer system, at the U.S. Bank branch, on SE Cesar Chavez Blvd., is corrupted. I was advised to withdrawal all of my available funds. Seven cash deposits, made to my account, have not posted.

I have three checking accounts that I have the DEBIT card for. All three get a forced decline. I have other accounts and a credit card that I can't reach. I have a home that Sam Hithye bought for us, nearby, in Portland, Oregon, that I can't reach and don't have a key for. He's held apart from me by overides.

I have a Cash app DEBIT card that gets a forced decline. A computer put a hold, on the card, which we can't correct. I need money for food, beverages, cigarettes, and clothes, immediate.

Tomorrow, I'll have to pan-handle. I need help. I'll go over to W. Burnside, by the moving sculpture that's across the street from Powell's Books. Put some money in the cup. If you can help with a large donation, we'll gratefully make arrangements to reimburse you.

My U.S. Army assigned Sam Hithye, retired, is with me, en cloak. I'm without direct contact.
